Downtown Gadsden – The July 20th Third Thursday concert will feature crowd favorite, Peanut & Rush-Two of a Kind. From 6 p.m.-8 p.m. come down and enjoy this awesome acoustic duo from Birmingham, Alabama. Two of a Kind’s style of music is a captivating blend of Motown, R&B, and Jazz fused together with a touch of Rock. With Desiree "Peanut" Fitts on vocals and acoustic guitar and Earnest "Rush" Smith on Guitar, this duo is sure to bring the fun!
We invite you to grab your coolers, dinner and a lawn chair and join us at the water wall – between the Pitman Theatre and Downtown Civic Center – Gates open at 5 pm and the free concert will begin at 6 p.m. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis and is limited. So feel free to bring your own chair! In the event of inclement weather the concert will be moved inside to the Pitman Theater.
