Gadsden, AL  - The City of Gadsden and 5th Street Market would like to invite shoppers and vendors back for another Summer at the Local Farmers Market, beginning  Friday, May 4th. The market will be open from 7 a.m. to Noon every Friday through the Summer. As always, the market is free to attend. 

Last year at the market, customers enjoyed locally grown and sourced vegetables, spices, goods and artisan-made crafts. Local meats, dairy and eggs were also available and all items are back by popular demand. Many of the same vendors will return this summer, and more are being added.  Based on the popularity of the market, additions and improvements have been made to the facility to continue to enhance the experience of each guest and vendor.
