City Hall will reopen to the public Monday, May 11, 2020. We will have a variety of new procedures and policies in place to ensure the safety of the public and city employees.
Visitors to the second, third, and fourth floors will sign in at floor/department-specific sheets at the security station on the first floor. The glass windows and reception areas on each floor will be used whenever possible, and taped floor spots spaced 6 feet apart and other barriers will be placed in the customer waiting areas to ensure social distancing.
Each floor will be limited in visitor capacity. Residents are asked to use telephone or online services whenever possible.
Many other offices will require appointments for entry. Appointments with the City Council will be required and scheduled through the Clerk’s office. A directory and list of telephone numbers for departments will be available on the first floor to arrange appointments.
Face coverings are recommended. Hand sanitizer should be used. Everyone should practice social distancing.
