Beautification Award Nominations
Gadsden, Alabama - The Gadsden Beautification Board is now accepting nominations for the 2016 Beautification Awards. The nomination period is April 4 until May 2, 2016. Nomination forms are available online at www.cityofgadsden.com or in the City Clerk’s office at Gadsden City Hall.
Nominations may be made in several categories including Commercial, Single family home, Multi-family home, School, Church and several sub-categories. Special awards are available for
Restorations, Renovations and Senior Citizen - 75+.
Judging guidelines recommend well-groomed, distinctive looking, harmonious properties. Landscape design criteria recommends plantings relate to the building in size and shape, creative use of terrain and pleasing blending of plants.
