NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965 (Public Law 88-578) requires that citizens be afforded the opportunity to express their views concerning the recreational needs of their community.
To provide a forum for discussion, an open meeting is being held at the Downtown Civic Center, 623 Broad Street, Gadsden, Alabama 35901, at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, November 13, 2023, sponsored by the City of Gadsden, Alabama.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the development of recreational facilities at Joseph T. Robinson Park, located at 401 Joseph T. Robinson Street, Gadsden, Alabama 35901.
Anyone wishing to support or oppose the proposed park improvements is invited to voice their opinion at this meeting or submit written comments to 90 Broad Street Gadsden, Alabama 35901, c/o Mr. Heath Williamson, Director of Engineering, within two weeks following the meeting.
