Downtown Gadsden - The Third Thursday concert series will kick off next week, May 18th from 6-8 pm with local favorite, Kelli Johnson. Smart and charming, Kelli Johnson captivates her audience with honesty, an infectious smile, and pure talent. A superb vocalist, her use of vocal dynamics is exceptional and strong, transitioning from an angelic balladeer to a blues powerhouse flawlessly. Deeply rooted in Country, Bluegrass, and Americana music, Kelli has an innate ability to produce fresh music that defies genre boundaries.
We invite you to grab your coolers, dinner and a lawn chair and join us at the water wall – between the Pitman Theatre and Senior Activity Center – Gates open at 5 pm and the free concert will begin at 6pm. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis and is limited. So we encourage you to bring your own chair! In the event of inclement weather the concert will be moved inside to the Pitman Theater.
